Publication Fee Policy

The Global of Institute Journal implements a transparent and fair publication fee policy. Fees are used to support:

  • Editorial and peer review processes.

  • Language editing and layouting.

  • Hosting articles on the Open Access platform.

  • Maintenance of the journal’s digital archive.

Fee Structure

  1. Article Submission Fee (ASF) – Optional

    • This fee is charged upon manuscript submission to support administrative processes.

    • If there is no fee, it can be stated: “No manuscript submission fee.”

  2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

    • This fee is charged after the article is accepted and ready for publication.

    • APC amounts are set according to the journal’s policy (e.g., free / Rp 0 to support Open Access or a specific amount).

Payment Terms

  1. Publication fees must be paid before the article is published.

  2. Payments can be made via bank transfer or the journal’s official payment system.

  3. Authors will receive an official invoice from the journal.

Open Access Policy

  • The Global of Institute Journal supports Open Access.

  • If no publication fee is required, all articles remain freely accessible to readers worldwide.

Waivers and Discounts

  • Authors from certain institutions or developing countries may be eligible for fee reductions or waivers.

  • Requests for waivers must be submitted via the journal’s official email before the publication process is completed.
