Author Guidelines

1. General Submission Requirements

  1. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  2. Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English.

  3. All manuscripts must follow the official Jurnal Global of Institute template.

  4. Authors must register in the online submission system before submission.

2. Submission Process

a. Online Submission

  1. Authors create an account in the journal’s online system.

  2. Fill in personal and affiliation information.

  3. Upload the manuscript file along with supporting materials (figures, tables, charts, additional data).

  4. Ensure all documents are complete and comply with the template format.

b. Initial Screening

The editor performs an initial check (desk evaluation) on:

  • Alignment with the journal’s focus & scope

  • Compliance with formatting guidelines

  • Originality (plagiarism)

  • Completeness of data

c. Peer Review Assignment

  • Manuscripts passing desk screening are sent to 2 competent reviewers.

  • The review process is conducted double-blind.

d. Revision & Resubmission

  • Authors are requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments.

  • Authors must upload the revised manuscript along with Response to Reviewers.

e. Editorial Decision

The editor decides the final outcome based on reviewer recommendations and revision quality:

  • Accept without revisions

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Major revision required

  • Reject

f. Finalization & Publication

Accepted manuscripts undergo:

  • Language editing,

  • Layouting,

  • Proofreading, before publication in the next journal issue.

3. File and Format Requirements

  1. File format: .doc or .docx

  2. Font & Size: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  3. Spacing: 1.15

  4. Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  5. Length: 10–20 pages, including tables, figures, and references

  6. All tables, figures, and charts must be numbered and titled

4. Ethical Compliance

  • All submissions must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics.

  • Authors must declare originality and avoid:

    • Plagiarism

    • Data manipulation

    • Duplicate publication

5. Author Declaration

Authors must sign the Author Declaration Form confirming:

  • The manuscript is original

  • It is not under consideration elsewhere

  • All authors agree with the submission

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
